• These Laminated Bags are manufactured using 4 layers of Protective material which helps your product to stay fresh for a longer period and protects it from Oxygen and Moisture

• For the 50ml and 100ml sizes, the spout is positioned in the center. The product is filled through the spout and then the tamper proof cap is secured.
• For the 250ml, 500ml and 1ltr sizes, the spout is positioned in corner, with the cap already on and secured. The pouch is left open at the top and the product is filled directly into the pouch. The top of the pouch is then heat sealed.

• The seal thickness should be minimum 8 to 10mm to avoid leaks.

Note : Can withstand up to 80˚C product Hot filling and Hot dipping (for pasteurization, up to 25-30 mins) temperature and -60˚C cold storage temperature.
